Our Winter Eucharist Schedule
Saturday Vigil Eucharist, 4:00 PM
Sunday Eucharist, 10:00 AM

  • The 4:00 PM Saturday Vigil Eucharist is a simple and relaxed service of Holy Eucharist, with a “come as you are” feeling. The quiet reverence of this service includes a reflection on the readings. There is no vocal music.
  • The 10:00 AM Sunday Eucharist liturgy celebrates the Eucharist with music with limited congregational hymns, vocalist selections, and piano /organ voluntaries. There is a homily.

While the pandemic is not over, we believe that, with positive trends in all key metrics for our greater Quincy neighborhood, we can safely reopen the church on a limited basis and, with the proper precautions, and make adjustments as necessary,  we will, of course, follow the current CDC, Commonwealth of Massachusetts, and Episcopal Diocese of Massachusetts guidelines, which include facial coverings over mouth and nose for all over 12 years of age.  Ages 3 to 11 is at the discretion of the parent, but strongly reccomened.  Under 2 years of age, a covering is not required.
The rector is fully vaccinated and, unless someone is uncomfortable with the practice, will not wear a facial covering whilst officiating.  During the adminstration of the host, which is brought to you while remaining in the pew, all ministers wear facial covering.

If a person has chosen not to get vaccinated for whatever reason, especially for those who want the vaccine but for medical reasons are not able to, facial covering and social distancing should be observed.

The interior of the nave is a big space and provides areas that offer more than enough room and offers enough space to sit apart, and the air circulation is helped by open windows and some doors.

There are aditional adjustments to the liturgy to make our worship together a safe one for all.  For the information on these adjustments, please call or email the parish office at 617-773-0310.

Thank you for your prayers, your words of encouragement, and your care and love for one another during this incredibly long and difficult time apart.
