For adults, we list names of individuals when they are a contact for a group or activity mentioned on the website. We do not list email addresses, nor do we list personal phone numbers. Members of the Parish should call the Parish Office if they need contact information for a particular member.
For youth and children, we do not publish full names, but at most the first name and initial of the last name only. We do not list email addresses, nor do we list personal phone numbers. Photo captions do not include full names and often do not include names at all.

When publishing photos of Christ Church events, parishioners, etc. on www.christchurchquincy.org, the following guidelines apply:

• Photos are almost always of people in public spaces, at public events.
• No photo or image will be posted that may be embarrassing, objectionable or hurtful to anyone pictured in the photo or image. If we think something contained in the image may be objectionable, we will ask the subject of the photo or image for their approval before posting the photo to the website. These policies also apply to all photo/image captions.
• We will happily provide photo credit for an image if desired by the photographer. All copyright wishes and restrictions will be honored.
• We will gladly remove any photo immediately upon request. Simply notify the Wardens, Rector or Webmaster of your request.
